Don P HALO Master Chief and Revenge of the Dead Ninja Dunnys

 Don P flexes his luscles and shows us that he's no one-trick pony: instead of customizing his usual Kidrobot Mascots, here he shows us his 3" custom Dunnys: A Ninja from Revenge of the Dead (above) and Master Chief from HALO. I like that fact that Patrick has made sweet (and appropriate) accessories for these pieces, and that his work seems to be progressing. He's learning and developing his style as he goes. Custom Mickeys by Don P and Shawn Wigs

 So PlayImaginative, it seems, has taken a page out of my own playbook and is putting up an online custom show here focusing on their new Mickey Mouse DIY platform. I've seen a ton of cool pieces from my circle of artists (thanks Facebook) but here are two from guys that specifically reached out to me: Don P and Shawn Wigs. Don P's piece above is called WARZONE Mickey. I don't think Shawn named his piece (below) but it's a hella creepy clown. All clowns are creepy to me. Don P custom Bot and Android

Don P is pumping out customs left and right! With this sweet 3" Android figure, Don P is playing with the cracked metal look more, sculpting the front and adding some battle damage.

Lt. Joe “Fresh” McMinty custom Kidrobot Mascot by Don P

Lt. Joe “Fresh” McMinty is a custom by Don P based on the 7-inch Kidrobot Mascot platform. 

During a secret CryoGenicmission he was lost in the Brazilian woods in the year 2176. His crew left him for dead. He was nothing for the government and they did not search for this poor fella. His family was desperate with the loss of their dad, who was really the best dad that they could wish for.
10 Years later he finally reached a city........ Angry that he was, he wanted revenge on the people who left him for dead. Heavilly attacked by wild animals, he was signed for life. The main thing that kept him alive was his enormous drive to see his family again.

I present you Devillez.....he is the devill under the bots. He likes to eat gold dipped in blood. He kills everyone that he doesn't like with his tail.

Don P shares with us one of his sweet Kidrobot Mascot customs- this one is KidApocalypse. Diggin the muted palette, bullet holes and brushed-metal-look on this one. As always, this Don P custom is highly detailed, with a gun accessory and a removable helmet with flip-up face shield.
