"Space Case" Android Chase...

Are you ready for a "Space Case" Android chase? Well Jeff from Menace Inc. Studios is releasing on June, 21st six custom designed blind box Androids. 1 of which will be a chase special edition design. Each will come signed and numbered in a custom designed printed box. In one of the 6 boxes will be a specially engraved acrylic coin redeemable for an 8" x 10" space themed original painting for FREE. Once we get some pictures of the figures we will post them! Bryan A. Collins Android commissions available; visit him in FL in late April

Artist Bryan A. Collins sends word that he will be appearing at Pioneer Days in High Springs, FL on April 28th & 29th, selling original art at his booth. Meet the guy and buy some art! I've met Bryan here in the NYC area when he last visited- he's a great guy that I am happy to call a friend.

DAVEMARKART commissioned Android customs

 Dave Webb shares with us the first of 16 Androids he was commissioned to make for a private collector. (And where does Dave shop when he needs a bunch of platforms? Tenacious Toys, of course!)

Dave Webb custom Munko WIP & "That's My... Boy!"

 DAVEMARKART's newest piece is this toothy twosome Dave has titled "That's My... Boy!" These 2 figures were sculpted from the ground up (no platform) from Super Sculpey, and painted with acrylics. You can buy the set here in the DAVEMARKART store.

Don P custom Bot and Android

Don P is pumping out customs left and right! With this sweet 3" Android figure, Don P is playing with the cracked metal look more, sculpting the front and adding some battle damage.

Don P's platform of choice is the Kidrobot Mascot figure: this is a 3" Mascot he calls Thew Apocalyps Slobbe Bot. This one is also done up in Don P's dirty/cracked style. Follow Don P here:

DIY Android vinyl figures back in stock

DIY Android figures by Andrew Bell in stock now! Hot platform! Only $6.50 each.

Andrew Bell Android Series 3 Artist Roster released!

We have just placed our order for Series 3 of the insanely popular 3" vinyl Android figures. Looks like the artist roster this series incorporates some old favorites, and some new homies: alongside the Series 2 artists Scott Tolleson, Gary Ham and Andrew Bell, we now have the KaNO Kid, Huck, SKET, MAD, Kronk and Kelly Denato. Pretty damn cool lineup. Release is scheduled for Q2 of 2012 (that some time between April and June). These will NOT be re-run, says the distributor. They will decide how many to make and just make that number. (Series 2 was re-run a few times to meet continued demand.) Not taking preorders yet (too early) but just keep in mind that we'll be selling full cases and individual BBs. If I have any left over, I'll pop some open. We'll see.

Ian Ziobrowski Grindroid Android x Dunny mashup

My man Ian Ziobrowski came up for air the other day and sent us these images of a commission he recently completed: the Grindroid is made from a 3" Dunny and a 3" Android figure. Ian says the Grindroid is "one of the most unique pieces of machinery NUGGS have ever owned.  What "Grindroid" does is chomp then mulches to produce some of the finest butters in town. This robot is responsible for some of the best, most desirable snacks in NUGGLIFE!"

If you don't get that reference... sorry. 

I'm not going to explain to you how to make proper spacecakes on this blog.
